Popeye's Smoothie

Ingredients 2 cups frozen berries (we use blueberries) 1.5 cups vanilla soymilk (or skim milk) 2 cups fresh spinach
Preparation 1. Use a food processor or a silver bullet-type blender for best results. 2. Put all ingredients into the blending machine. 3. Blend. 4. Pour smoothie into 2 cups. 5. Drink.
