Brocks Crockpot Jambalaya

Ingredients 12 ounces chicken breasts 2 bell peppers 2 celery stalks 1 can whole tomatoes 1 can beef broth 1.5 teaspoons dried basil 1 tablespoon Tobasco 6 ounces smoked sausage (reduced fat) 1 onion, chopped 3 garlic cloves, minced 1/3 cup tomato paste 1 tablespoon parsley 1/2 tablespoon oregano 1/2 tablespoon salt
Preparation 1. Dice chicken, chop peppers, cut up celery stalks, chop up sausage, and put all ingredients in crockpot. 2. Set cook time for 4 hours. 3. Serve over a bed of white or brown rice.
