BBQ Glazed Salmon with Ginger Cous Cous

Ingredients
2 salmon fillets
1/4 cup BBQ sauce (all-natural ingredients)
Salt and pepper
Whole wheat cous cous
Fresh ginger, three chunky slices

Preparation
Preheat oven to 500 F.

1. Place salmon on foil-lined baking sheet
2. Salt and pepper salmon
3. Glaze with BBQ sauce
4. Bake for 5 minutes. Glaze with sauce again. Bake for another
    5-10 minutes or until flaky.
5. Meanwhile, bring 1/2 cup of water (or low sodium chicken broth)
    to a boil. Add ginger.
6. Remove from heat and add whole wheat cous cous. Cover for
    5 minutes.
7. Fluff cous cous with a fork. Serve salmon over cous cous.
