Avocado Spinach Salad

Ingredients
3 cups baby spinach
1/2 avocado, sliced
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup Raspberry Vinaigrette with poppyseeds

Preparation
1. Combine spinach, avocado, onion, and almonds in a large salad bowl.  
2. Gently toss salad with the Vinaigrette.
3. Serve immediately.  

Makes 2 generous salad servings.
