Asian Tacos

Ingredients
Chicken:
I bag frozen chicken tenders
1 bunch romaine lettuce and/or Ortega whole grain
   corn taco shells

Marinade:
3/8 cup Kikoman soy sauce
3/8 cup water
1/4 cup Splenda
1/4 cup sesame oil
2 to 3 tablespoons sesame seeds

Dressing:
1 tablespoon for each taco: Wishbone Light Asian
   with sesame and ginger vinaigrette 

Preparation
1. Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces and set aside.
2. Mix ingredients for marinade in a separate bowl.
3. Pour the marinade over the chicken and mix.
    Let it marinade overnight.
4. In a big pan, cook the chicken over medium heat
    until cooked (about 25-30 minutes).
5. Serve chicken on a lettuce leaf or a taco shell,
    add dressing to taste.
