Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup milk
2/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 cup minute rice
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons dry ground mustard
1.25 pounds lean ground turkey meat
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Makes 8 servings

1. In a large bowl, combine eggs and milk; stir in bread crumbs,
    minute rice, Italian seasoning, salt, garlic powder and 1 teaspoon
    dry ground mustard.
2. Add meat; mix well (by hand works best). Lightly pat mixture
    into 8x4x2-inch loaf pan or pat into loaf shape in an 8x11-inch
    glass baking dish.
3. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until internal temperature
    registers 160 degrees F.
4. In a small bowl combine ketchup, brown sugar and 1 teaspoon
    dry ground mustard; spread over meat.
5. Bake for 10 minutes more. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
