Roasted Red Pepper and Garlic Hummus

Ingredients
1 can of garbanzo beans/chickpeas
1/4 cup roasted red peppers
2 tablespoons minced garlic

Preparation
1. Partially drain can of garbanzo beans, leaving some of the liquid to provide moisture.
2. In a blender, puree garbanzo beans until smooth consistency. Add roasted red pepper
    and garlic and continue to blend until a nice orange color. Make sure all the peppers
    are pureed.
3. Pour into a bowl and enjoy with pita chips!
