Chocolate-Chip Peanut Butter Muffins

Ingredients 1 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup honey 2 large eggs 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 tsp Vanilla 1/4 cup mini-chocolate chips
Preparation *Makes 12 small muffins*
1. Preheat oven to 350 and line muffin pans with muffin liner cups. 2. Cream peanut butter and honey together. 3. Whip eggs, then fold into creamed mixture. 3. Add baking soda and mix well. 4. Stir in vanilla and mini-chocolate chips. 5. Scoop batter into muffin cups. 6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
