Taco Rice

Ingredients
4 cups rice
1 package ground turkey
1 package taco seasoning
1 tomato, chopped
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 eight-ounce container sour cream
1 jalapeno, chopped (optional)
1 onion, chopped (optional)

Preparation
1. Thaw and fry ground turkey
2. Add taco seasoning as directed on package.
3. Add onion, jalapeno and chopped tomato as desired
    or wait and top dish with them when finished.
4. Cook rice as directed on box in separate pan.
5. In serving bowl, combine cooked rice, cooked turkey
    and other ingredients.
6. Add spoonful of sour cream, sprinkle shredded cheese and serve as a warm dinner dish.
