Spring Strawberry Spinach Salad

Ingredients
1 bag baby spinach
10 large strawberries, sliced
2 large strawberries, whole
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cut white wine vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Preparation
1. Mix spinach and sliced strawberries.
2. In a blender, mix all other ingredients, except
    poppy seeds, until smooth.
3. Stir poppy seeds in with blended ingredients.
4. Pour over spinach and strawberries.
5. Toss to coat.
