Spicy Green Chile Hummus Dip

Ingredients
1 can garbanzo beans/chickpeas
1: 4-ounce can fire-roasted green chiles
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1-2 teaspoons horseradish (depending on how spicy you like it!)

Preparation
1. Partially drain can of garbanzo beans, leaving some of the liquid
    to provide moisture.
2. In a blender, puree garbanzo beans until smooth consistency.
    Add roasted chiles, garlic and horseradish and continue to blend
    until a nice consistent color. Make sure all the peppers are pureed.
3. Pour into a bowl and enjoy with pita chips, low-fat crackers, or cut veggies.
