Polish Rainbow

Ingredients
1 pound turkey kielbasa
3 eggs
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1/4 cup nonfat milk
Low transfat buttery spread

Preparation
1. Preheat stove to medium-high heat.
2. Slice and dice about half of each pepper and place
    in saucepan with buttery spread.
3. Saute for about five minutes.
4. Remove from saucepan and place on paper towel to drain.
5. Slice about half of kielbasa into quarter-inch pieces and place
    in saucepan.
6. When kielbasa is cooked, remove from saucepan and set
    on paper towel to drain.
7. Scramble three eggs with nonfat milk in bowl till yolks well
    blended.
8. Fry in saucepan till eggs start to solidify.
9. After about four minutes, add peppers and kielbasa to the eggs.
10. Remove from heat after about two minutes. Enjoy.
