Oatmeal Burger

Ingredients
1 cup oatmeal
1 small onion
2 tablespoons grated carrot
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
8 ounces mushrooms
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 tablespoon plain yogurt
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
2 tablespoon chopped parsley

Preparation
1. Chop onion and mushroom.
2. In a frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and saute onion, carrot, mushrooms and walnuts.
3. Add oatmeal, water and salt. Reduce heat and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
4. Add sesame seeds.
5. Turn off heat and let it cool.
6. Make sauce by combining grated garlic, plain yogurt, mayonnaise and parmesan cheese in a bowl. Mix well.
7. When the oatmeal mixture gets cool, form into four patties. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and cook for 5-6 minutes or until brown.
8. Serve with sauce.
