Marinated Veggies

Ingredients
4 cups fresh veggies
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teasooon salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preparation
1. Place vegetables in shallow dish.
2. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
3. Pour over vegetables.
4. Cover; marinate in refrigerator 6 hours or overnight, stirring occasionaly.
