Healthy Tuna Burger

Ingredients
2 pouches Starkist Tuna
1/2 cup non-fat ranch dressing
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 cup 2 percent cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
Whole wheat buns
Sliced tomato

Preparation
Preparation/cook Time: 30 minutes

1. Combine first five ingredients in a large bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs.
2. Heat oil in a skillet on medium heat.
3. Form the tuna mixture into patties and dip in reserved breadcrumbs.
4. Cook in hot skillet three to five minutes on each side or until golden brown.
5. Serve with a slice of tomato on bun.
