Fresh Fruit Smoothies

Ingredients
2 cups fresh strawberries
2 large bananas
1.5 cups low fat cranberry juice
5 ice cubes
2 teaspoons low fat honey

Preparation
1. Clean the stawberries and remove the stems.
2. Peel the bananas and break them into chunks.
3. Place the strawberries and bananas into the blender,
    then add the fruit juice, ice cubes and the honey.
4. Place the lid on the blender.
5. Fold a kitchen towel over the blender so that it drapes
    over the top.
6. Turn the blender on high and blend the shake untill smooth.
7. Serve.
