Ensalada de Nopales

Ingredients
5 cactus pads, thorns removed, chopped
2 roma tomatoes, chopped
1 small red onion, chopped
1 avocado, chopped
1/2 cup cilantro
1 cup Stacy's naked pita chips with sea salt, crushed
3 ounces queso cotija
Salt and pepper

Preparation
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Serve with salsa (can be served in corn tortillas).
