Cucumber Salad

Ingredients 2 large cucumbers 2 large tomatoes 8 mini sweet peppers 3 tablespoons feta cheese
Preparation 1. Peel and chop cucmber into bite-sized pieces. 2. Slice tomato into 1/4 inch slices and quarter. 3. Slice peppers into 1/4 inch strips, making sure to remove veins and seeds. 4. Combine ingredients in a large bowl and add feta to taste.
