Chicken Broccoli Pasta

Ingredients 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, thawed 2 cups raw broccoli 1 red bell pepper (optional) 1/2 cup unsalted butter 1 clove garlic 1 package gluten-free spaghetti or other pasta Italian seasoning Grated parmesan (optional)
Preparation 1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. 2. Sprinkle generous amount of Italian seasoning on both sides of chicken breasts. 3. Grill chicken until no longer pink inside. 4. Cut into bite-sized cubes. 5. Cut broccoli into bite-sized trees. 6. If using bell peppers, cut into thin slices and steam with broccoli. 7. Steam veggies until tender but not mushy. (I use a microwave steamer.) 8. Cook pasta according to package and drain. 9. Put butter and garlic in microwave-safe bowl and melt in microwave. 10. Put it all together and enjoy!
