Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients 3 eggs 1/4 cup canola oil 1 cup lowfat milk 2 cups buttermilk 1.5 teaspoon baking soda 1.5 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1.25 cup flour 1.25 cup whole wheat flour 1-2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation 1. Beat eggs. 2. Add milk, buttermilk and oil. 3. Add dry ingredients. 4. Mix in blueberries. 5. Cook on griddle until golden brown and serve.
