Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients
1: 14.5 ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup frozen corn, thawed
1 large tomatoe, chopped
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 serrano chili peppers, chopped (optional)
Whole-grain tortilla chips

Preparation
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
2. Serve with whole-grain tortilla chips.
