Banana Chocolate Chip Power Muffins

Ingredients
3 bananas, large and very ripe
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup honey
2 large eggs
2 cups oatmeal
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Place muffin cups into muffin pans.
3. Cream butter and honey until fluffy.
4. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well.
5. Mash bananas and add to mixture.
6. Sift dry ingrdients together, then stir into wet mixture.
7. Add vanilla and fold in chocolate chips.
8. Pour batter into muffin cups.
9. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes.
10. Make 12 medium muffins.
