Better for You Alfredo

Ingredients
1: 12-ounce whole wheat fettuccine noodles
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup to 1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoon dried  or fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Preparation
Total Prep and cook time: 20 minutes
1. Cook noodles according to package.
2. Drain and return to pot. 
3. Add butter first to melt, then add remaining ingredients and stir - 5 minutes.
4. Serve immediately.
