Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
1 banana
Corn meal or self-rising flour
1 tablespoon canola oil

Preparation
1. Use a fork to mash banana.
2. Add corn meal or self-rising flour to form a very thick,
    loose cake. How much corn meal or flour you use will
    depend on the size of banana.
3. Heat canola oil in frying pan over medium heat.
4. Spoon batter onto frying pan.
5. One banana makes four to five pancakes
