Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
Elbow macaroni (wheat)
2 cups 1 percent milk
2 eggs
Salt
Pepper
Breadcrumbs
1/8 cup pecorino romano cheese
3-4 cups mozzarella cheese

Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
2. Cook macaroni in boiling water until tender.
3. Mix milk, eggs, pecorino cheese, and 2-3 cups
    of mozzarella cheese with the cooked macaroni. 
4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Place in a square baking pan and cover the macaroni
    with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and the breadcrumbs. 
6. Cook for 45 minutes.
7. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
