Baked English Muffin

Ingredients
1 English muffin, multi grain
2 tomato slices
2 teaspoons of olive oil or olive oil spray
2 slices turkey bacon (pre-cooked)
Shredded cheddar cheese (to taste)
Basil (to taste)

Preparation
1. Set oven to broil.
2. Split English muffin in half and lay it on a baking sheet.
3. Lay one tomato slice on each muffin half.
4. Spray or drizzle olive oil on each muffin half.
5. Sprinkle with dried or fresh basil (to taste).
6. Cut pre-cooked turkey bacon in half, lay two pieces
    on each muffin half, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar
    cheese (to taste). Place in the oven for about five minutes
    or until the cheese is melted.
